Vacuum free start: The vertical downward suction port design eliminates the need for pre irrigation and water diversion. It can be quickly started during emergency drainage during flood season, greatly reducing response time.
Deep water level adaptation: The underwater depth can be flexibly adjusted by adding or removing lifting pipes, with a conventional coverage of 3-20m, fully matching the depth requirements of the drainage pump station's collection tank.
High flow drainage capacity: This LC series vertical multi-stage long axis semi submersible deep well turbine pump can achieve a maximum flow rate of 8400m ³/h, quickly removing accumulated water in the area and meeting the emergency drainage design requirements of the pump station.
High operational reliability: The motor is fully arranged on the ground floor, and even if the pump station is flooded for a short period of time, it will not burn out the power components. It can quickly resume operation after a disaster, far superior to ordinary submersible pumps.
Core structure configuration
The overall design adopts a single foundation vertical installation, with direct motor drive. The pump station occupies a small area and is suitable for the compact layout of the drainage pump station.
The impeller adopts a multi-stage combination design, which offsets axial force through balance holes. The guide bearing is made of wear-resistant material such as Sailong/filled polytetrafluoroethylene, which can maintain low wear even when transporting rainwater containing sediment for a long time.
Equipped with a self closing protective tube sealing system, it can automatically block sewage from entering the guide bearing after shutdown, avoiding shaft failure caused by sediment accumulation.
Support the integration of liquid level automatic start stop control cabinet, which can achieve unmanned remote monitoring and adapt to the intelligent water management needs of pump stations.
Operation and maintenance advantages
The rotor adopts a withdrawable design, and daily maintenance does not require dismantling the pump body foundation. The maintenance personnel can replace the core components on the ground, greatly reducing the difficulty of major repairs for the drainage pump station.
The overcurrent components can be selected from cast iron, 304 stainless steel, or high chromium alloy materials according to the water quality, and are suitable for transporting sewage containing solid particles in drainage scenarios. The equipment can operate continuously without faults for more than 3 years.
